Francesco Dini and Roberta Romiti founded the consulting firm Dini Romiti Consulting following a solid career in large Italian companies, in which they have been working in teams for more than fifteen years.

After having acquired over thirty years of experience in the fields of institutional relations, communications and M&A, Dini founded Dini Romiti Consulting in August 2020. Within the GEDI Group, he seats in the board of GEDI SpA and GEDI News Network (La Repubblica, La Stampa and local newspapers) and serves as Vice President of Elemedia (a radio company that manages the business of three national broadcasters, Radio Deejay, Radio Capital and m2o Radio). He is President of U.S. Cremonese. He is Vice President and President of the newspapers of FIEG (Italian Federation of Newspaper Publishers), as well as a member of the board of directors of ANSA, Tavolo Editori Radio (TER), Accertamento Diffusione Stampa (ADS) and Audicom. Since 2006 he has been a member of the European Round Table of Industrialists (an organisation that provides an opportunity for companies to dialogue with the Commission and the European Parliament). He was Director of General Affairs of the CIR Group from March 2004 to August 2020 and Director of Institutional Relations of the CIR Group from 1999 to 2004 and before that worked in the Fininvest Group, which he joined in 1991, covering various roles in institutional relations for Mediaset, the Standa-Euromercato Group and Fininvest Comunicazioni. After studying at the classical high school, he graduated in Modern Letters at the University of Florence and obtained a Master in Managerial Development at the LUISS School of Management, where he also studied communication and public image.

After holding senior positions in institutional and regulatory affairs for over two decades in companies operating in various sectors, including energy, telecommunications, publishing, healthcare, and automotive, she founded Dini Romiti Consulting in 2020, where she currently serves as Managing Director. From 2017 to 2020, she was Head of Institutional Relations at CIR S.p.A. - a diversified industrial holding company active in sectors such as media, automotive, and healthcare - where she was responsible for managing relationships with the Italian Parliament, Government, regulatory authorities, and industry associations. From 2005 to 2017, she was appointed Head of Institutional Relations at Sorgenia S.p.A.. In that role, in addition to her responsibilities in public affairs, she was also in charge of relations with consumer associations and advocacy activities aimed at achieving the company’s objectives. She also coordinated and drafted protocols for Alternative Dispute Resolution, authored consumer protection manuals, and led coalition-building initiatives in support of electricity market liberalization. Earlier in her career, she worked at Enel Holding S.p.A. within the Regulatory and Institutional Affairs Division, and at Wind Telecomunicazioni S.p.A., where she handled legislative, regulatory, contractual matters and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She holds a Law degree from the University of Rome La Sapienza. At the beginning of her career, she completed her legal apprenticeship, gaining a strong legal foundation that has supported her professional activities throughout.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Cesare Alfieri University in Florence in 2018, she continued her international studies with a master's degree at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.

In 2019, she joined the world of institutional relations, with an internship in the external relations offices of a trade association active in the construction industry.

In 2020, she began working as an institutional relations consultant in a leading public affairs firm active nationwide, specializing in particular in the health and pharmaceutical sectors.

In 2019, he became a lecturer in Constitutional Law special part at the LUMSA University of Rome. In 2020, he completed his legal practice at the metropolitan department of INPS. After graduating in Law at the LUISS Guido Carli University, he completed his legal practice at a law firm specialising in civil law and administrative law. He then obtained the italian Bar qualification. Between 2020 and 2022, he was involved in bonding, at AON, a leading insurance broker, interfacing with large businesses and major insurance companies. Between 2018 and 2019 he does an internship at the “Istituto per il Credito Sportivo”, dealing with public entities and the analysis of their budgets. During his university years, in addition to being active in associationism, he collaborated with the Luiss sports offices where he worked in team management.

During her university years, she was actively engaged in youth organizations, contributing to the organization of educational initiatives and public events. In 2024, she started working as a public affairs consultant for institutional relations in Italy for a firm that has been active for more than ten years in the public affairs sector, specializing in the energy sector.

Until the beginning of 2025, he served at ARERA – the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment – as Director of External and Institutional Relations. For fifteen years, he held various executive positions at Terna S.p.A., acting as Director of Institutional Affairs, Territorial Relations, Electricity Grid Planning, Grid Development Projects, Authorization Procedures, and Power Plant Grid Connections. Within Confindustria, he was entrusted with several appointments, notably as Chair of the Energy Infrastructure Committee, and as a member of both the National Energy Committee and the Environment Committee. He was also a board member of ANIE – the National Association of Electronic and Electrotechnical Companies. He served as Delegate Councillor for Energy and Networks at Unindustria Roma e Lazio. Before that, he was a member of the Gas Emergency Committee at the Ministry of Economic Development. In the early 2000s, he took part in the liberalization process of the energy sector, working for GRTN, where he dealt with regulation, institutional affairs, and communications. In the late 1990s, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Emporion, a Cerved Group company, dedicated to the development of information and service products for SMEs. During the same period, he held a lectureship at the University of Modena, Faculty of Economics and Business, where he was Adjunct Professor of Economics and Management of Commercial Enterprises. At the beginning of his professional career, he worked initially in the field of economic promotion within the Union of Chambers of Commerce, and subsequently in service infrastructure for the agri-food sector, contributing to the activities of Progetto Mercati S.p.A., where he also served as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Once she moved to Rome, where she obtained a Master in Lobbying and Institutional Relations at the Luiss Business School, she turned her attention to this specific professional area, working for several important private Italian companies performing Public Affairs related activities including the relationships with local Authorities on licenses and permits.

From 2005 to 2007 she was responsible for Italy/France commercial relations for Alcatel France, from 2007 to 2010 she was financial advisor and head of institutional relations for the Standa Billa commercial group, German Group Rewe Group, from 2011 to 2013 advisor and head of relations with institutional investors for Marzotto Sim, from 2014 to 2017 group advisor for the Luxury Network and Luxury Publications Company, Amman (Jordan).
She currently holds various positions as advisor and head of institutional relations of the Bricofer Italia Group (since 2008), Insurance broker and advisor to Lena Broker (since 2015), Advisor to Fucino Green (Banca del Fucino since 2020) and advisor to Ircop S.p.A in the field of public works (since 2017).
After graduating from high school, she obtained a master's degree in linguistics, obtaining language licenses in German, English, French and Spanish. She graduated in Law at the European University of Rome (University of Vatican Law).

Sole director of the company Cla2com, he focuses on communication strategies and custom content creation. He specifically provides advisory services and journalistic products to large publishing groups, companies that deal with generalist information on the web, entrepreneurs who are willing to invest in the media world, and promoters of national and international initiatives and events. Claudio Giua nowadays serves as digital strategy advisor to GEDI Publishing Group. Previously he was the Director of Development and Innovation at the Espresso Publishing Group and held the positions of content chief and then general manager of Kataweb as well as managing director of digital content at Elemedia Area Internet. During the 20 years (1978-1998) in which he worked exclusively as a journalist, he was, among other things, head of the political division of Repubblica and editor or co-editor of several newspapers belonging to Espresso Publishing Group (Tirreno, mattino di Padova, Nuova Venezia, tribuna di Treviso). Currently, he represents GEDI (and previously the Espresso Group) in international and national association boards and organizations, including OPA-Online Publishers Association Europe, being its vice-president, Fedoweb-Federation of Italian Web Publishers, Audiweb (web audience verification and certification). He also manages the Pisa Internet Festival.

A professional journalist since 1982, Lupoli began his career at Corriere del Giorno (from 1979 to 1983) and at Quotidiano (1983-88). From 1988 to 1991 he worked as editor-in-chief of Capitale Sud (Class Editore publishing group) while in the autumn of 1991 he co-founded the daily L'Indipendente, directed by Ricardo Franco Levi. In 1994 Lupoli joined the newspaper la Repubblica, working first as an editor and then as head of the economics editorial staff. He has collaborated with magazines and newspapers such as l'Espresso, Milano Finanza, il Mondo and with inserts and online editions of la Repubblica (Affari&finanza, il Venerdì, D).

He has been regularly writing about industrial policy. After graduating in Political Science, he obtained a Masters in Journalism and Mass Communications from Luiss.

Isabella Votino has been a professional journalist since 2009. From 2004 to 2006 she worked for the Adnkronos press office. For twelve years she was spokesperson and head of the press office of Roberto Maroni (Head of the Chamber, Minister of the Interior, President of the Lombardy Region) planning business communications, media relations and institutional relations. The business relationships she forged during these years have allowed her to build a solid network of alliances within both the public and private business world. From 2011 to 2013 she was also responsible for institutional relations for AC Milan, being responsible for relations between the club and the Viminale Observatory for sports events, dealing with relations with the main public institutions of Italian sport. She is also a senior advisor to Intesa San Paolo in the field of Public Affairs. She has a Communication Sciences degree.

After earning a degree in Communication from the University of Milan and a Master’s in Social, Political and Institutional Communication from IULM University, she began her career in journalism and political press offices, gaining first-hand experience in decision-making processes and public affairs. From 2015 to 2019, she served at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as Head of Communications at the Agency for Digital Italy, where she contributed to the design and launch of the first national campaigns for SPID, PagoPA, and Designers Italia, marking a milestone in the modernization of Italy’s public digital services. She later joined the corporate sector with Abaco Group – an AgriTech company backed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds – where she held the role of Sustainability and Communications Director, leading the positioning strategy in the strategic AgriTech sector and supporting the company’s growth and the fund’s successful exit. In 2024, she was appointed Communications & PR Director at Terme & SPA Italia, a holding company that brings together some of the country’s most prominent thermal and wellness destinations. The sole director of the communication firm Cla2com, Giua acts as a consultant for publishing companies and trade associations. Until 2016, he was Head of Development and Innovation for the l’Espresso publishing group, while currently, he works as Digital strategy advisor for the GEDI Publishing Group. He previously served as Head of content and GM of Kataweb, as well as Head of Digital Content for Elemedia Area Internet. During his twenty-year-long journalistic career (1978-1998), Giua headed the political newsroom of the la Repubblica daily, while serving stints as Director and Co-director of a series of local newspapers of the l’Espresso publishing group (Tirreno, Mattino di Padova, Nuova Venezia, Tribuna di Treviso). To this day, Giua still represents GEDI (and previously the Espresso Group) in trade associations as well as in national and international organizations like OPA-Online Publishers Association Europe, in which he serves as Vicepresident, Fedoweb - The Federation of Italian web editors, and Audiweb (The Italian certification body of online viewership). Annalisa D’Orazio began her professional career as a researcher at the IEFE – Bocconi University. After a brief spell working for the office of the Banca Commerciale as an analyst of public utilities and industrial sectors, she was employed as an economist specialising in regulation and competition in the infrastructure and network service markets. Initially, she worked at the Authority for Guarantees in communications and, subsequently, at the gas and electricity Authority.
From 2006 to 2020, she initially held the position of Sole Director of the energy and environment Agency in the region of Tuscany before going on to become the Chief of cabinet for the presidency of the Authority for communications guarantees.
In 2021, she launched, individually and in partnership, a specialist consultancy and technical-economic assistance to companies on the following subjects:
1. Support for investment decisions through analysis – aimed at individual companies – of the sources and models of public financing for companies, and assistance in identifying and selecting the accessible regional, national and European financial resources.
2. Legal and economic analysis, assistance to companies in regulatory proceedings and competition policy, initiated by the national and European authorities of regulation and warranty.
3. Guidance and assistance to enterprises in support tools and market mechanisms in environmental protection and decarbonisation.From May 2021 he is president of Linkiestaclub for the activity of cultural planning of the digital newspaper.
